This booklet is highly recommended for anyone who is nursing a terminally ill person or has recently lost a loved one.

It does not pretend that grief is easy but it attempts to help the bereaved person through the agony of parting in a practical and helpful way.

It can be read straight through or it can be dipped in to, and indeed returned to again and again for reference.

One widow read it three times during the first week after her husband's death and said it helped her greatly.  It even has a few touches of humour which in no way lessen the pain of grief.
